PC Crash bei Blu-Ray authoring

Hallo,

ich habe ein Premiere Pro CS4 Projekt (ca. 96 minuten) an Encore gesendet und wollte dann daraus eine Blu-Ray brennen.
Aber in dem Moment in dem ich bei erstellen von DVD auf Blu-Ray umstelle, bleibt die Maus stecken und der PC bleibt hängen. Dannach hilft nur noch ein Hardware-Reset.

(P.S.: Ich habe allerdings keinen Blu-Ray Brenner in diesem PC, daher wollte ich ein Image erstellen. Aber trotzdem dürfte der PC dabei nicht hängen bleiben, oder?)

-> DVD erstellen funktioniert
-> Blu-Ray -> PC bleibt "hängen"

was passiert, wenn Du aus APP mittels AME ein BR kompatibles file rausrenderst, dieses dann in Encore lädst??
Probiere es mit einem 5 Minuten Schnipsel.

Also nicht gleich ins encore übertragen?

werde ich morgen abend probieren... komm leider vorher nicht dazu.

ISSUE

When you select Blu-ray as the format in the Build panel in Adobe Encore CS4 in Windows 7, the operating system becomes unresponsive and crashes.

REASON

Windows 7 installs an outdated version of the Roxio pxhelp driver, which causes a crash when Blu-ray format is selected in Encore CS4.

SOLUTION

Install an updated version of the pxhelp driver from Roxio. The updated driver is available here:
